Ordering
How long does it take to get my order?
Processing Time: Once your order is placed and payment is verified, we require a certain amount of time to process your order. This includes picking, packing, and preparing your items for shipment. The processing time may vary depending on the volume of orders we receive but is typically within 1-2 business days.
Delivery Time: We take pride in offering our customers a reliable and efficient shipping service. Currently, we provide a single shipping option, which is standard shipping. The estimated delivery time for standard shipping typically ranges from 4-9 business days.
Due to global supply chain challenges, shipping times could be longer than usual.
Can I change or cancel my order?
We understand that circumstances may change, but our commitment to quick processing means we're already working diligently to prepare your order for shipment as soon as it's received. Therefore, we kindly ask our customers to double-check their orders before finalizing payment.
Please note that if you cancel your order BEFORE it has been processed and/or shipped, a 20% cancellation fee will apply to cover restocking fees and credit card processing charges. Unfortunately, we are unable to cancel orders once they have been processed and/or shipped.

The expected delivery time has passed, where is my order?
In 99% of cases, orders are delivered within the expected delivery time. Unfortunately, there can sometimes be delays in the delivery of an order. You can check the status of your order via this link: Check order

Are you not satisfied with your order? We are very sorry and would like to hear what we can do to make you satisfied. Send an email to info@rheakali.co and we will see how we can solve the problem as soon as possible!
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept payments from major credit card companies such Visa, MasterCard, Google Pay, American Express, Discover, JCB, Apple Pay, and Diners Club.. We also offer options for Paypal. We are continuously working to enhance our payment options and plan to introduce more secure methods in the near future.

What are the return costs?
If your return is accepted, we will provide you with a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted. For more details, please refer to our return policy or contact our customer support team.
What should I do if I want to return my order outside the return period?
We use a return period of 30 days during which the customer may return his or her package. These 30 days start when the package is received. Please note that the return shipment must be sent back to us within these 30 days.
